About Amy

I know what it means to need more than encouragement.

I’m an author, teacher, coach, and lifelong student of transformation—but the most important thing I can tell you is this: Jesus changed everything.

Amy Lemieux

He changed the way I understood God. He changed the way I understood myself. He changed the way I understood pain, healing, identity, strength, purpose, obedience, and what it means to become whole.

My work has always been about people.

For decades, I have worked with people in fitness, nutrition, coaching, and personal development. I have watched people lose weight, gain strength, rebuild confidence, improve their health, and accomplish things they once believed were impossible.

But the longer I worked with people, the more clearly I saw something: the struggle is rarely only physical.

A person may say they need discipline when what they are carrying is grief. They may say they need motivation when underneath the exhaustion is shame, fear, disappointment, or years of surviving. They may believe food is the problem when food has simply become the place they run for comfort.

Wholeness became the mission.

I believe people were created to live whole. Not perfect. Not untouched by hardship. Whole enough to tell the truth about what hurts, recognize unhealthy patterns, stop carrying shame that never belonged to them, take responsibility for what is theirs, set wise boundaries, grow, and obey God even when obedience costs something.

I teach what can be lived.

I am not interested in giving people inspirational words that sound good for ten minutes and disappear when real life happens. I want truth that survives Tuesday morning. Truth that helps when your emotions are loud, when you are standing in the pantry, sitting in a difficult relationship, rebuilding after loss, or confronting an old pattern.

Scripture is not decoration. It is truth to stand on.

“My story matters because it points to what God can redeem. The center is Jesus.”

What I hope you find here

I hope you find truth, language for things you have felt but did not know how to explain, practical steps instead of vague encouragement, and courage to face what needs to change.

Most of all, I hope you know the Father. Because at the end of every book, lesson, conversation, and resource, that is where I want to lead you—back to Him.
